RETURNS POLICY
Please note that due to the custom nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, or if you wish to request a different design/size. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at monnainails@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unused, including all accompanying items (if applicable).
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior approval.
