Returns Policy

Please note that due to the custom nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, or if you wish to request a different design or size. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at monnainails@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It must be unused, including all accompanying items (if applicable).
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior approval. Once your return is approved, the package must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
