How It Works

1. Add Fit Protection

Add Monnai Fit Protection when ordering your press-on nail set. If any nails do not fit correctly due to sizing, you will be eligible for one complimentary replacement of the incorrectly sized nails from that set.

2. Check Your Fit

Your order will include a sizing kit in the same shape as your chosen nail set. If your nail set does not fit correctly, use the sizing kit to identify the correct size for each finger.

3. Request Your Replacement

If any nails do not fit correctly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the nails that need to be replaced, and the correct size number required for each replacement nail.

We may also ask for clear photos showing how the original nails do not fit.

You will receive one complimentary replacement of the incorrectly sized nails from your protected set.

Important Information

  • Fit Protection must be purchased together with the original nail set.

  • One protection plan covers one nail set only.

  • If you order multiple nail sets, Fit Protection must be added separately to each set.

  • Each protected set is eligible for one approved size-replacement request.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the fit may be required.

  • Replacement postage is charged separately, or your replacement can be included with your next order.

  • Fit Protection cannot be purchased separately or added after an order has been placed.

Faulty, damaged, missing or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately through our standard customer service process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

No. Each Fit Protection plan covers one nail set only. If you order multiple sets, you must add Fit Protection separately to each set you want to protect.

The approved replacement nails are complimentary. However, replacement postage is not included and will be charged separately. Alternatively, your replacement nails can be included with your next order.

No. Size numbers correspond to different measurements across different nail shapes. To order Medium Almond press-on nails, you must use a Medium Almond sizing kit.
